Dear Interested Candidate:

Thank you for your interest in The University of Arizona-Tucson Hospitals Internal Medicine Residency Program. In order to apply to our program, you must be enrolled in the National Resident Matching Program. We will be utilizing ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) for our application process. Only those applying through ERAS will be considered. Please contact your Dean's Office for further information regarding this process. In addition to the ERAS application, we require your CV, personal statement, USMLE scores, Dean's letter, three letters of recommendation, and medical school transcripts in order to process your application. Deadline for receipt of the application is mid November. Once complete, your application will be reviewed and qualified candidates will be invited to interview. Our program is a very strong and competitive Internal Medicine Residency Program. We offer comprehensive in-patient and out-patient clinical training with opportunities in research for those who are so inclined. Our residents have been quite successful in obtaining practice opportunities in general internal medicine as well as subspecialty fellowships. See what our graduates are doing now.
